Interiors
The interior is distinguished by a clean design in which concrete, glass and pine decking blend harmoniously. Large bay windows flood the spaces with natural light, offering uninterrupted views of the garden and surrounding meadow.
The large living room and dining room, separated by a modern fireplace, form the heart of the house, with an open kitchen that invites conviviality. A mezzanine houses a TV room, perfect for relaxing moments.
The exteriors
The vast 23-hectare estate is an invitation to explore, whether for leisurely strolls through the meadow or simply relaxing on the front lawn. An outdoor lounge area, complete with sofas and a table for 12, allows alfresco dining to be enjoyed with breathtaking views. The property is also home to an enclosed outdoor swimming pool (11 x 6m - Depth: 1.6m), which can be heated on request (at an extra charge).
