The 250 m² chalet boasts a vast, light-filled 75 m² living room with integrated open kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space. The mezzanine features a home cinema for relaxing evenings. The Master bedroom, located on the same level as the living areas, offers a dressing room, a private bathroom and a terrace with a view of Mont Blanc. The 4 double rooms on the first floor have private bathrooms and televisions, while a dormitory with 6 beds and a shower room will delight children.
The exteriors
The chalet is surrounded by authentic mountain scenery and boasts a sunny terrace, ideal for relaxing in any season. You can also enjoy the garden, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and parking for up to 4 cars - all with the majestic Mont-Blanc as a backdrop.
Situation
Located in the Bettex district, just 7 minutes from the center of Saint Gervais-les-Bains, the chalet enjoys a quiet, authentic setting. Shops and supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the Le Fayet SNCF train station is 15 minutes away. Nearby Megève is just 15 minutes away, offering a wide range of activities for everyone to enjoy.
