Billiard table, a big cinema screen with a Sony DVD/CD player with over 300 titles. Open kitchen with traditional fireplace and outside dining area. An additional professional catering kitchen, fully equipped, is also available and ideal for catering use.
Beautiful dining room located in the old olive mill and with capacity for 10 people. Guest WC. There are 6 bedrooms in this area of the property.
In the appartment of the main house:
Located on the second floor, it has a small kitchen, open plan living / dining room

Outdoors
The property cover 60 ha of land. These large grounds form a beautiful nature that surrounds the property with orchards, orange and lemon trees and olive groves.
Private pool with 16 m x 6.5 m salt chlorinator. The pool is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by olive trees and wooden deckchairs.
Pavilion with barbecue and views of the pool as well as WC and shower by the pool.
Several outdoor terraces with tables and the inner courtyard for al fresco dining.
Tennis court at a comfortable distance from the house through the olive grove with wonderful views of Sóller from a distance with its own little house with WC.
Staff and service
Daily house cleaning and breakfast are included in the price (6 days per week). Chef service for lunch and diner can be arranged on request with advanced reservation.

Rental
Soller and its port are just a short drive from the house. Son Salas is a 10 minute drive from the town of Soller and a 15 minute drive to Port de Soller.
