The rooms

Room 1 - Benares :
Ground floor room, direct access to the patio. The room features 1 Queen-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds. Private bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom.

Room 2 - Bois de Fez:
Suite, 1st floor. Room features 1 king-size double bed. Private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The room also includes a dressing room.

Bedroom 3 - Babouche :
Bedroom, 1st floor. The room features 1 Queen-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds. Private bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - Tanger :
Bedroom, 1st floor. The room offers 1 double Queen size bed convertible into twin beds. Private bathroom. WC in bathroom.

Room 5 - Pondichery:
Room, 1st floor. The room features 1 Queen-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds. Private bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom.

Room 6 - Berbere :
Room, Terrace level. The room features 1 king-size double bed. Private bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom.

Interiors 

The property features a superb summer living room with almost 5-meter-high ceilings, Mauritanian matting and an open fireplace overlooking the garden and pond. The winter dining room has a Prussian stove and the winter lounge, with its ^19th-century painted ceiling, has its own fireplace. A TV room with library, DVDs and games console is also available. The kitchen is reserved for the riad's cook, with free access to drinks and coffee. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating and an efficient wifi connection. 

The exteriors

On the ground floor, the patio is a real source of tranquility, with plenty of space to relax and magnificent jacaranda, lemon and mandarin trees. The roof terrace features a heated 8 x 3-meter tadelakt swimming pool, a pergola housing a summer dining room, an outdoor lounge and an outdoor shower.
The riad is secured and equipped with a surveillance camera at the entrance.

Staff & Services

Every morning, a cleaning team comes to clean the riad and redo the rooms. The kitchen is not accessible to guests: the on-site cook is available. Requests for meals must be made 24 hours in advance. The Home Manager, in charge of the riad, is also on hand to offer assistance and advice. 

Situation

The riad is ideally located in the medina, in the authentic and secure Bab Doukkala district, an 8-minute walk from Marrakech's famous souks. The riad is close to the ramparts, with easy access to the new town of Gueliz and beyond. A cab rank and parking lot are just a 2-minute walk from the riad, making it easy to get around.
