Note: two cots are available.
Room 10: the single bed is in a separate room.
Rooms 12 and 13: a single bed (80 cm) can be added in the living room.
Room 13: includes a second living room.
Rooms 15 and 16: with private courtyard, lounge, terrace and small kitchenette. Room 15 has a private courtyard and lounge, while room 16 has a private balcony and terrace.

The riad boasts charming, comfortable interiors.
Visitors can enjoy the riad's 18 rooms, all carefully decorated and featuring superb antiques from Morocco, the Middle East and Asia. The same applies to the riad's two lounges and dining room.
Guests can also take advantage of the Spa with hammam and massage room.

The exteriors 

The riad is a haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle of Marrkech's medina. The riad's traditional architecture and tranquil location guarantee the privacy of its occupants.
Guests can enjoy four inner courtyards, which provide pleasant places to relax in privacy and tranquility.
One of the courtyards houses a beautiful swimming pool (3 x 5 meters - 1.6 meters deep) with counter-current swimming, allowing guests to enjoy a more sporty swim if they so wish.
The riad also boasts superb rooftop terraces, with plenty of space for relaxing or sunbathing, while enjoying a splendid view of Marrakech's old town. They can also admire the beautiful sunsets.

Staff & Services

The 17-strong staff are on hand to serve guests throughout their stay, from early morning until late evening. Experienced chefs offer delicious Moroccan cuisine on request for lunch and dinner, and waiters are happy to provide guests with the drink of their choice (hot beverage, freshly squeezed fruit juice, bottle of wine... served where and when they wish). The reception will be happy to provide travelers with all the information they need, and to organize access to the hammam, massages (on site), guided tours, excursions and golf departures. The establishment also benefits from the services of a night watchman, who ensures the safety of guests and the riad.
The price includes continental breakfast (served on the roof terrace or in the inner courtyards on warmer days), daily housekeeping, full end-of-stay cleaning, additional cleaning time (on request), bed linen replacement (every other day or daily), pscine towels (changed daily), baby cots (2 baby cots available), butler services, concierge service, as well as garden and pool maintenance.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at extra cost, such as extra beds, the services of a chef, half board, full board, airport transfers, baby-sitting, chauffeur-driven car, laundry service (personal linen)... 

Situation

Riyad El Cadi is located in the heart of the Medina (old town), at the end of three cul-de-sacs. Thanks to these three entrances and its very central location in a secure part of the old town, visitors can quickly reach the Medina's key sights.
The riad is also a 5-minute walk from the central square, where cabs are available - day or night - to restaurants and golf clubs, for example.
