Interiors
This spacious villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total and can accommodate up to 8 people. The semi-basement area is kept cool during the summer months and is adequately lit by natural light through two large glass windows that open onto a small personal garden. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV. From here, the horizon opens up, offering a perfect foreground view of the Toronean Gulf with the island of Kelyfos, across the Kassandra peninsula and to the deep west, the peaks of Mount Olympus.
The exteriors
La Villa Amelia dispose d’une piscine privée à débordement d’un volume de 70 mètres cubes. Des espaces détente et repas supplémentaires sont disponibles sur les terrasses, sous une pergola couverte qui entoure la maison. La villa offre un jardin privé avec accès direct depuis le rez-de-chaussée, s’étendant devant les maisons et s’élevant à proximité de la plage rocheuse. Des plantes fleuries séparent harmonieusement les trois maisons, offrant intimité à nos hôtes et garantissant détente et tranquillité.

The property is staffed by dedicated housekeepers for your peace of mind. The private staff will attend to all your needs or provide concierge services if you wish for 18 hours/day!
The villa also offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the services of an amazing, award-winning chef (on request and at extra cost). The chef's services (when alone, without an assistant) cost from 300-400 euros per day for breakfast, dinner, lunch and shopping.
