Interiors
The villa's interiors reveal a quadruple reception area with various living spaces, in a style that harmoniously blends tradition and contemporaneity. You'll enjoy a TV lounge, a cozy fireplace area for intimate evenings, a European-style living room and a dining room.
There's also a lovely sleeping area with 5 bedrooms and a dormitory.
The exteriors
A large terrace features an outdoor dining room and shaded lounge, perfect for al fresco dining. By the heated swimming pool (15 x 4m - depth: 1.45m), a "décaisse"-style lounge invites you to relax, while the solarium is equipped with deckchairs and parasols. The gazebo, with its seating and tables, overlooks the pool to offer a lovely view, while the rooftop unveils a marvellous panorama of the Atlas Mountains. The landscaped patio, petanque court and ping-pong table add to the entertainment on offer.
On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars.
Staff and Services
The villa benefits from the attentive services of a 2-person team (who live on site, in an annex).
Breakfast is included in the price.
For your other meals, 2 catering options are available:
- A la carte" formula :
You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of that:- Lunch: from 20 euros per person,
- Dinner: from 30 euros per person.
- Children : -50% off for children under 10 and free for children under 3.
- En liberté" option: You pay the price of the groceries (plus an additional €50 for the journey). The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the ingredients you buy.
Notes:
- Cooks work from 8am to 8pm. Outside these hours, overtime will be charged.
- The villa does not buy alcohol. However, we can recommend a wine merchant.
- Water/tea/coffee from the press are provided. Nespresso capsules, sparkling water and soft drinks are extra. If you would like tea outside mealtimes, this will also be an extra charge.
Situation
Ideally located on the Ourika road, the villa offers quick access to Marrakech, while being close to many prestigious golf courses. A supermarket a ten-minute drive away makes shopping easy, while renowned Moroccan craft shops are within easy reach to enrich your cultural stay.
