Interiors
The interiors are spacious and contemporary, with large windows, fine furnishings and paintings. Upstairs, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area and a veranda. You can also make use of the villa's fitness room.
The exteriors
The villa has 2 swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. They can play in the garden on the slides while the adults relax on the terrace or in the deckchairs around the pool. You can also enjoy sea views directly from the villa.
The surrounding area
The villa is just a minute's walk (40 meters) from the sandy beach of Tersanas Bay, on the Akrotiri peninsula. At the edge of the beach there's a bar, where sun loungers and parasols are provided, and on the other side a lovely taverna with a magnificent view over the bay.
At the top of the hill at a distance of 1 km, there are local restaurants, supermarkets and mini-markets, car rentals, a bus for city service.
The villa is just 16 km from the glorious Venetian port of Chania.
