Villa Chantel is a charming residence located in the heart of the village of Marquefave, on a 13-hectare estate. Ideally situated on the outskirts of a small village, its occupants benefit from an environment characterized by space and calm, yet only 30 minutes from Toulouse. This charming house with swimming pool and sauna can accommodate up to 6 people. It's the ideal place to spend a wonderful vacation, with family or friends.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom, first floor, independent access. Room features 1 double bed 160 cm. Shared bathroom with 2 basins and shower. Separate WC. The room also includes a study area and dressing room.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom, first floor, independent access. The room offers 1 double bed 160 cm. Private bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes a dressing room.

Note: Bedrooms 1 and 2 face each other, separated by a wide corridor that leads to the rear garden. This space is ideal for parents with children under 10.

Lhe interiors

This single-storey villa is a former outbuilding that has been carefully renovated. As well as offering comfortable, attractive interiors, the house benefits from natural coolness thanks to the thickness of its walls, highly appreciable on the hottest days.
Inside, guests can enjoy a huge, convivial living/dining room with wood-burning stove, a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (all with mosquito nets), and two bathrooms.
They can also take advantage of the sauna and the superb heated indoor swimming pool (at 28° all year round).

The exteriors 

The villa is nestled in the heart of a vast, beautiful park, where you can admire listed trees over a hundred years old.
Guests can enjoy the benefits of outdoor living thanks to the lovely garden surrounding the house, the outdoor terrace and the solarium equipped with sun loungers. 

Staff & Services

The price includes bath and toiletries, pool towels, baby equipment and bicycles (on request), pool heating, as well as garden and pool maintenance.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra charge, such as the services of a housekeeper.
Full end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price.

Situation

Located 40km south of Toulouse, Villa Chantel is easily accessible from the A64 freeway.
The property is located in Marquefave (a village on the banks of the Garonne), where you'll find a local grocery store.
Guests can reach Toulouse and its city attractions in just 30 minutes.
The property is also close to the Via Garona (a cycle path that crosses the Volvestre and links Toulouse to Saint Bertrand de Comminge).
Travelers will also find a water sports center 5 km away, a golf course 30 km away and the historic villages of Comminge and Ariège.
