Villa Clo

Located just 20 minutes from Marrakech city center, this carefully decorated villa, a fusion of contemporary and oriental design, embodies luxury and comfort in the midst of an exceptional landscaped environment. With 750 m² of living space, this property offers a remarkable living area, 6 spacious and very comfortable suites with bathrooms, dressing rooms and private terraces. The exterior unveils a magnificent 5,000 m² park. The aesthetic appeal of the pool area with its pool house and ecological salt treatment ensures a harmonious, Zen environment. There's also a relaxation area (hammam, massage room), a home cinema room, various sports areas, a padel court, a petanque court and a pingpong table.
Villa Clo's friendly staff are trained in hotel services (cooks, housekeepers, gardener, etc.). A memorable experience for a pleasant, unforgettable stay with friends and family. The house sleeps 12 to 14 people, with the possibility of extra beds, baby cots, high chairs...

Bedroom 4 - Marrocaine :

Room 5 - Hammam:

Note: The sofa in the cinema lounge can accommodate 3 or 4 children. Egyptian cotton bedding. Steam ironer in all rooms. Air-conditioning integrated into the false ceilings of the rooms.

Interiors

From the moment you enter, the elegance of this villa is revealed through its vast living spaces and refined contemporary yet traditional style. The living room is the ideal place to share convivial moments in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The villa also offers 6 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring optimum comfort even in the hottest months. The decor is contemporary, adding a touch of sophistication to every space.

The house also includes a cinema lounge for pleasant evenings in front of a film, and a hammam for a moment of relaxation. 

Sound system in the living room. In addition, PHILIPS HUE remote controls were installed in each suite, bedroom and living room to control lighting, lighting moods and programming.

The exteriors

The exterior of the house is ideal for a pleasant stay. You can cool off in the beautiful swimming pool (12x7m), sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy a good meal in the outdoor dining room, take advantage of the shaded terraces or play padel, ping-pong or pétanque. In fact, the villa is equipped with an illuminated, glazed padel court by Manza Sport.

The villa is surrounded by a half-hectare landscaped garden planted with orange and lemon trees.

Terrace and garden equipped with a Blue SOUND wifi system allowing you to connect via your cell phone to the Blue Sound application (BluOS Controller) and get your music streaming services, music library or SPOTIFY Internet radio stations and podcasts as well as other connected music operators. 

Staff and Services

Villa rental includes breakfast (7 a.m. to 11 a.m.), pool and garden maintenance and daily cleaning. Towels and sponges are provided.
Other services are available on request and at an additional cost.

For meals, the villa can also offer an "all-inclusive" package:
Menus must be confirmed 24 hours in advance to organize shopping.

- Starter + main course + dessert + water = €30 per person.
- Starter + meat or fish course + dessert + water = 35 € per person.
- Royal couscous menu 35 euros/person
- Fish couscous menu 40 euros/person
- Main course + dessert = €25 per person.
- Dish alone = €15 per person except couscous / meat dish €20 and fish dish €25.

For meat couscous a minimum of 4 people and for fish a minimum of 2 people.

Note: all consumption must be settled in cash only at the time of departure.

Situation

Villa Clo is located on the road to FEZ, in the heart of the Salmanazar estate, a secure estate (with 24/7 security) adjoining an olive grove. An enclosed setting of 8 villas each on a plot of 5,000-10,000 m². With a view of the Atlas Mountains and south-facing exposure to the sun all day long.
