Interiors 

The villa's spacious interior combines modern design with natural materials. On the first floor, living spaces include a spacious living and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to a central bamboo atrium, natural light floods the space, enhancing the breathtaking sea views. 

The exteriors 

The exteriors are designed for outdoor fun and relaxation. The spacious garden features a 60 m² infinity pool (2m deep), surrounded by sun loungers to soak up the Sicilian sun. A terrace shaded by a pergola provides an outdoor living and dining space, perfect for sunset aperitifs or dinners under the stars. The private parking lot has an electric terminal for golf cars, and 2 comfortable parking spaces.

Note: Cats and dogs under 6 kg, fully trained and vaccinated, are welcome in the villa. Only one pet per villa. Please ensure that your pets comply with the behavior guidelines given to you on arrival.
