Interiors 

You'll enjoy spacious, carefully renovated interiors divided into four distinct living areas, all integrated into the original stone structure of this 17thᵉ century farmhouse. The spaces have been designed to offer both comfort and privacy, whether you are traveling with family or friends. The Gathering Suite, located on the first floor, forms the heart of the house. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, a warm living room with fireplace and a bright dining room with large windows. It also features a bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. This area is accessible to disabled guests.
There are also three self-contained apartments:

• Lo Studio, overlooking a century-old mulberry tree, offers a sleeping area with queen-size bed, bathroom with rain shower, kitchenette and comfortable sitting and dining area.
• Arco Grand Apartment overlooks olive groves and a nearby castle. It features a master bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing room, bathroom with double basin, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and dining area.
• The Vista Penthouse offers panoramic vineyard views, a master bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom with rain shower, full kitchen, large living room and private balcony.

You'll enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills. The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation, sharing moments and authentic Italian experiences. You'll love the 6 x 12 m private swimming pool, ranging from 1.5 m in depth and offering breathtaking views, ideal for a refreshing dip or an afternoon in the sun. The terrace offers comfortable seating and a shaded dining area, perfect for long, convivial meals. The villa also features an outdoor summer kitchen and bar area, perfect for cooking classes or Umbrian barbecue evenings under the stars. The garden is landscaped with local herbs and plants, adding to the natural beauty of the estate. Private parking for up to 5 vehicles is available on site.

Staff & Services

Each stay includes dedicated support and essential services to ensure a seamless experience, with a villa manager present on site. Final cleaning is also included in the rental price.
