Lhe interiors
This incredible 750-square-meter villa boasts exceptional architectural design and magnificent panoramic views of the ocean and rice paddies.
The design and interiors of this sustainably built property are the result of the mastery of an architect, a Sri Lankan engineer and the inspiration of the property's co-founder. The property is rooted in Sri Lankan-style architecture, while drawing inspiration from "la vie à la française". The design of the residence follows a minimalist plan, combining the use of cubic shapes and rustic materials. The open interior spaces have been cleverly combined and harmonized with the natural topography of the surrounding green landscape.
There are 6 large rooms in all, overlooking the garden, the plantations, the rice paddies or the horizon from which the mountains can be glimpsed.
Travelers can enjoy an Ambalama-style restaurant-bar, designed to provide a unique Sri Lankan experience, with international cuisine. The property also features a private fitness pavilion (including a treadmill, weights, bench, exercise bike...), a billiards table, a spa and wellness area and a meditation and relaxation area (a dedicated yoga pavilion is available in the villa's garden).
The exteriors
The architectural and landscaping design of the house has been perfectly adapted to the surrounding nature to avoid soil erosion and possible environmental disturbance.
The property boasts a vast, lush garden of over 5,000 square meters, including various tropical plants, fruit trees and spice trees. It also includes a rice paddy and a tea plantation.
Guests can enjoy a dining and relaxation area surrounded by nature, terraces and a magnificent infinity pool.

The house staff strives to provide guests with personalized, quality service, with a wide variety of services in and around the villa.
Tailor-made service is available at all times: private chef, house staff, gardeners, pool attendants, technician and security personnel.
The price includes daily maid service, daily continental breakfast and daily afternoon tea and coffee with fresh fruit.
The private chef will propose daily Western, Asian, local and vegetarian menus (food and beverage purchase service based on grocery bills at cost price, plus a 20% surcharge).
The villa also offers guests the possibility of optional services (on request and at extra cost) such as the organization of bike rides, meditation and yoga classes, Sri Lankan cooking classes, learning to pick tea leaves, massages, specific services such as "birthdays, weddings, parties and BBQ .....", restaurant reservations, chauffeur services, airport transfers, bike rental, laundry service...
