This elegant villa has been renovated to an incredibly high standard. Every detail has been carefully thought out and designed. The furnishings are excellently finished and every room in the house has been meticulously designed to create a comfortable and functional home, while retaining the authentic charm of Tuscan country houses.
This environmentally-friendly home (thanks to its 1st-class energy-saving ranking) offers spacious living spaces that are both refined and comfortable.
Each floor has its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The second floor is accessible from outside via the original stone staircase and a stone bridge linking the garden and pool (wheelchair accessible). One bedroom on the second floor is also wheelchair accessible.
The exteriors
The house, which is set on a hill, offers exquisite views and boasts a beautiful private garden. Under the loggia on the first floor, next to the garden, guests can enjoy a large dining table.
Guests will also be able to enjoy a swimming pool (12 x 5 meters) from which they can admire superb views.
Staff & Services
The price includes a welcome dinner on the day of arrival (for stays of at least one week), a welcome basket including local organic produce for breakfast following the day of arrival, a mid-week and weekend cleaning service including linen replacement (for stays of at least one week) and full end-of-stay cleaning.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at extra cost, such as additional cleaning time, or additional replacement of bed linen and household linen.
