Note : The 3 rooms located on the lower level communicate via a corridor but can be also fully independent as they have access through individual doors.

This property is developed over several levels and several buildings (a main house and a guest house), offering breathtaking sea views and fascinating sunsets from virtually every room.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complemented by a wine cellar, leading directly to an outdoor area with barbecue and swimming pool. An intimate dining area can accommodate up to six guests, while the adjacent lounge, complete with smart TV and sea views, is the perfect place to relax. The bedrooms, split between the main floor and a more private lower level, are beautifully decorated and all have en suite bathrooms. The guest house offers absolute privacy with the same range of amenities.

The house has dedicated in-house staff and the services of a security guard from 10pm to 6am.
