Villa Grant II is a pretty contemporary house in the heart of the Fairmont Royal Palm estate in Marrakech. 320 m2 of living space and 1700 m2 of carefully planted garden. The supervised estate and golf course are in the immediate vicinity of the house, which is 100 m from hole 1 of the Royal Palm golf course and 1 km from the Samanah golf course (2 PGA courses).

Staff & Services

A very smiling chambermaid, who is also an excellent cook and speaks very good French, will be at your disposal (8am to 4pm). She can prepare the evening meal in advance. She can also stay in the evenings (from 4.30pm), on request and for an extra charge*.

*Except on the day of your arrival, she will be there to welcome you and no extra charge will be made.

Rental

The Fairmont Royal Palm estate is 15 minutes from the centre of Marrakech. The villa is 100 m from the entrance to the Royal Palm hotel.
This is a 5-star hotel with 3 restaurants, one of which is gourmet, spa, hairdresser, gym, tennis and padel courts (lighted at night), 2 swimming pools and 100 m from the Royal Palm country club golf course (18 holes) with swimming pool and gym.
