The villa features a vast living room with a majestic piano, communicating with the tower where you'll find the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen offering superb sea views. All 8 bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite shower or bath. There's also a billiards room and table soccer on the first floor.
The exteriors
Surrounded by magnificent parkland, the villa features a 16×5 m heated mirror pool surrounded by numerous deckchairs. Under the pergola, a large comfortable lounge awaits you for relaxing moments, as well as another lounge in the shade of the trees and a dining area with a long table that can seat at least 16 guests. The property also boasts a tennis court lit at night, a petanque court under the palm trees, a 22×36 m soccer pitch and a heliport.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, a laundry room, covered parking for 4 to 6 cars and an indoor and outdoor alarm system.
