Villa Ilios

Villa Ilios, opened in July 2020, is located just above the bay of Lourdas, close to nature in a totally private, exclusive and peaceful environment. Hundreds of olive trees surround the property. Situated on a hill, the house offers fantastic views of both the sea and Mount Ainos. The house blends contemporary, Cycladic and Kefalonian styles. Every detail has been carefully considered, and only the highest quality materials have been chosen to make every stay comfortable and cosy.

The villa has 11 rooms: 10 double rooms and 1 dormitory with 4 single beds.

A cot can be installed in a room for two.

Interiors

The property is divided into 3 independent parts to take advantage of the view, each room has its own private terrace:
- a main house with a pergola set up for all meals, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a TV room with a library,
- a 4-bedroom structure for 2 or 3 people,
- a 3-bedroom structure for 2 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, double fridge, 2 dishwashers, double plancha area in the main pergola and dining area for 26 people.

The exteriors

The 17 x 9-meter infinity pool is surrounded by a large 280^m2 terrace.
A fully-equipped outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and dishwasher is located below the pool, with its own terrace and breathtaking views over Lourdas Bay.
Plenty of space is available around the house.

Situation

The villa is located 800 m from Lourdas beach, southwest of Cephalonia, Greece's Ionian island. This beach is the closest to the house. You'll find traditional tavernas, bars and minimarkets. You can also rent deckchairs or motorboats to reach the wildest beaches in the area, such as Sissia and Lefka, which are close to the house and only accessible on foot. We also recommend superb hikes in the Mount Ainos Natural Park!
