The furniture has been specially designed for this villa and is made of quality oak wood with an ecological oil finish, without harmful industrial varnishes.
On the second floor, a 25 m2 bedroom is the largest in the villa. Next door is a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bathtub for two. The master bedroom has a direct exit to a huge terrace on the second floor with fantastic views of the bay, the sea and Split in the distance.

The villa's walls are decorated with paintings by local artists, most of them by Ivan Petrovic.
The paintings can be purchased from the artist, making them an original souvenir that will bring a little Dalmatian warmth to your home!
The large porch overlooking the sea will provide pleasant shade for your lunches at the outdoor dining table.
To the side you'll find the infinity pool and terrace with 10 sun loungers.
The villa is also surrounded by several gardens: an orchard, old olive trees, lawns, rose bushes, palm trees and stone gardens.
