Bedroom 3 - 23m2 :
Ground floor bedroom, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace, garden view, sea view. The room offers 1 double bed 160 cm. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes: air conditioning, desk, TV.

Bedroom 4 - 15m2 :
Bedroom, first floor, garden view. The room offers 1 double bed 140 cm. En-suite bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes: air conditioning.

Interiors

The elegant villa is surrounded by exotic gardens, a few steps from a white sandy beach with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean and its dazzling waters. It has two floors. Surface area: 305.10 m².
Villa Kavanga boasts quality furnishings, air-conditioning, Plasma TV screens with satellite channels, a dining room furnished to a high standard and a fully-equipped teak kitchen with granite-covered worktop.
The villa features a private swimming pool(6m x 3m), covered terrace and balcony, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, oven, washing machine and dryer, microwave.
Also at your disposal, high-speed cable Wifi with access points throughout the house.

The exteriors

Villa Kavanga on the northeast coast of Mauritius is located directly opposite the Roches Noires lagoon, with a private terrace overlooking a magnificent private garden of exotic plants and verdant lawns.
You can relax in the villa's private swimming pool.

Staff & Services

2 cleaners work 6 days/7 except Sundays and holidays.
Overtime: from Eur 7 per hour per person if staff stay beyond 1.30pm.
Delicious Lavazza coffee: Eur 0.50/pod

- Delicious home-cooked welcome dinner on the day of arrival.
- Welcome basket so you don't have to worry about breakfast the next day.
- Breakfast service: 15 euro per day, served at 8:30 a.m. or later. Ingredients excluded.

The surrounding area

The Roches Noires lagoon, with its various islets, is home to a wealth of underwater activity. Not far from the magnificent golf courses on the east coast, the village of Roches Noires is just 15 kilometers from Grand Baie, the "Riviera du Nord", widely recognized for its luxury boutiques, restaurants, clubs and marina.
