Interiors
Villa Kitsu is built in 3 different sections.
Thanks to its many windows, the interior of the villa is very bright.
The interiors are decorated in traditional style and offer a warm atmosphere.
First floor
In each of the two outer sections, you'll find a triple bedroom.
In the central section, the heart of the house, you'll find a spacious living room, a counter that doubles as a table, and an office.
The exteriors
Villa Kitsu also features a private swimming pool nestled in a tropical garden.
From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean.
The rooftop terrace is ideal for sipping a cocktail while watching the sunset, or dining under the African stars.
Guests enjoy private access to the beach directly in front of the villa.
Staff and services
Salim and Haji work at the villa, and will be at your disposal for anything you may need during your stay.
For meals, menus must be arranged with them in advance. Guests decide when and where they want their meals served.
The villa is not self-contained and therefore does not have a kitchen. The on-site chef will do his utmost to satisfy your culinary desires, and menus can be customized to suit tastes or dietary requirements.
Daily menus offer a selection of exotic East African flavors as well as international cuisine.
The surrounding area
All around the villa, you'll find local villages where local culture and traditions can be experienced.
Karume International Airport: 1 hour
Nungwi: 20 minutes
Kendwa: 15 minutes
Notes
Villa Kitsu is 100% ECO, meaning it runs entirely on solar energy, with no connection to the public grid.
You'll take a 10-minute track to reach the villa, but the road is quite passable.
Sea shoes are recommended for swimming.
Children under 16 stay free (1 child per adult).
