Interiors
Built by the famous carpenters "Les Compagnons de France", Villa Kolina was inspired by the pure traditional style of Creole houses, and has recently been renovated in a shabby-chic Creole style.
The interiors are spread over 3 different floors, with the first floor and first étaga housing two of the 3 large bedrooms.
Lower floor
The lower floor is the heart of the house, where you'll find the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with refrigerated wine cellar, a spacious, bright living room, a fully-equipped study and a TV lounge.
The exteriors
Escape to the lush 1,800 m2 garden, or relax by the saltwater infinity pool with hydromassage and lights, while enjoying incredible views of the magnificent archipelago of Les Saintes, the Caribbean Sea and multiple sailboats passing in the distance.
To share delicious meals together, you'll find an outdoor dining room for up to 24 people, and a charcoal barbecue area.
