Interiors and exteriors
The house is truly sensational, tastefully furnished and well-equipped in a modern Victorian style.
The master bedroom, with bay window, queen-size bed and air-conditioning, has a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. Located at the front of the house, it overlooks the patio, and has an excellent view.
The second bedroom has a single bed and French doors opening onto the terrace at the rear of the house.
The third bedroom has two single beds and French doors to the rear terrace. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with bath and shower.
Next to the rear terrace is the fourth bedroom, known as The Garden Room: it has two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. Although at the rear of the house, this room enjoys an excellent view.
The living room is at the front of the house and offers superb views. HD flat-screen TV with entertainment system and DSTV.
The dining room has the original Victorian fireplace and a table seating 12.
The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg stove with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Sliding doors all along the wall open onto the rear patio and entertainment area.
The patio at the rear of the house is a completely sheltered area with gas barbecue and very well laid out. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer and fridge bar.
