Interiors & exteriors
The property comprises a large house (sleeping up to 11 with 6 bedrooms) and a cottage (sleeping 4 with 2 bedrooms).
The big house is a veritable cabinet of curiosities.
In this house of old-world charm, where Russian influences permeate the walls, the collector owners have freely accumulated travel souvenirs, antique furniture and works of art of all kinds. This old family home is wrapped in the fabric of a marvellous Russian fairytale, yet boasts all modern comforts and facilities. Each room has its own personality, from the three bedrooms in the main house to those in the annex.
Let yourself be surprised and bewildered by every knick-knack, observe carefully the mix of patterns on the walls stretched with indiennes: every object has a fascinating story to tell.
In winter, lounge by the fire in one of the large upholstered armchairs: in the vast, light-filled living room, the arrangement of small English pieces of furniture lends the place a warm, intimate atmosphere.
In summer, relax in the huge swimming pool and enjoy lunch in the shade of the hundred-year-old catalpa (the pool is heated and open from early May to late September, weather permitting).
Whatever the season, you'll find it hard to resist the irresistible charm of this charming residence.
The cottage is a charming country house with a bucolic feel.
This haven of peace is set in a pleasant garden.
With a surface area of 90m2, it is both cosy and elegantly furnished.
