The rooms
Lower first floor
The Gounalakis Suite with two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, which can be combined into king-size beds. These rooms share a living room and bathroom with bath and shower. They also lead to a covered terrace.
The Marinos Suite with one bedroom and a separate sitting area with sofa. The bedroom has a 2x2m bed, en-suite shower room and access to a private terrace.
Top floor
Master bedroom with king-size bed, large veranda, fireplace, private balcony and two bathrooms - one with a large shower room and the other with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
Blue room with king-size bed, bathroom and balcony with breathtaking sea views.
Moroccan room with twin beds (which can be made into a king-size bed), bathroom and balcony overlooking the front of the house with a view of the olive grove and mountains.
Separate cottage
Two bedrooms, one with twin beds and a bathroom with bath and shower, the other with a double bed (1.60m) and a small shower room.

The main house is located on a hill and is distributed over three floors as follows:
Lower first floor
In addition to various utility rooms and a toilet, a large TV and games room with billiards and satellite channels is located on the lower first floor, with access to the swimming pool.
First floor
Entrance hall on the mountainside leading to a sunny living room with a 600-year-old fireplace, high ceilings and access to outdoor terraces with stunning sea views.
Office/library with a Boston grand piano made by Steinway, wireless high-speed Internet connection, fax/printer, a vast collection of books (classics, bestsellers, non-fiction, etc.) and a balcony with sea and mountain views.
Dining room seating up to 12, with access to outdoor terraces.
Large, fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool, with table seating for 8-10 and sea and mountain views.
Laundry/storeroom and toilet near the entrance hall.
A large patio with outdoor sitting area and marble dining table for 12 is also located on this level, and enjoys lovely sea views.
Top floor
The top floor comprises three bedrooms and a hall leading to the living room and entrance hall.
Separate cottage - Sleeps up to 4 (16 guests in total with main house)
Separate two-bedroom apartment located a little lower than the tennis court. The cottage also has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room.
The exteriors
The 12 m x 6 m infinity pool offers superb sea views. It is surrounded by a patio with a dining area for 12 people and a barbecue.
A private waterside platform has sun loungers, a mini fridge for drinks and access to the sea via a small ladder. Beware, however, that the sea is immediately deep and recommended for experienced swimmers.
A tennis court (Davis Cup size) and a boules pitch are available on the property. Playing equipment can be provided.
The picturesque Greek Orthodox chapel has a lovely patio and stunning sea views.
The grounds include olive groves and a Roman reservoir protected by Greek antiquities laws.
Staff & services
Standard services include daily maid service, a gardener and supervision by our house manager.

Access to nearby golf course, private tennis and swimming lessons available on request.
A Relais et Château chef can be hired for your stay.
The grounds can be dangerous in places for young children, who should not be left unattended.
