Lhe interiors
This villa perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear with all the comforts of modern living. The house is steeped in history and boasts an extensive collection of contemporary art, including works by masters such as Salvador Dalí.
The interior decoration is spectacular. The original architecture has been restored, with particular attention paid to the wooden beams that support the stone building.
Guests will appreciate the large, comfortable living room (with air conditioning, heating and fireplace), the main dining room, the pre-kitchen dining room, the large cellar and the fully equipped kitchen.
The house has air conditioning (in all bedrooms, the main living room and the kitchen), heating (throughout the house) and internet is available in all rooms of the house, the gardens and the swimming pool.
All rooms are equipped with Majorcan blinds with double-closing mosquito nets and double curtains.
The property has nine magnificent bedrooms designed in the style of the house. Some have balconies and magnificent views of the island.
There are 11 bathrooms in total (9 with the bedrooms, 1 guest bathroom and 1 more in the pool area).
The exteriors
The villa boasts extensive, well-kept gardens, a terraced dining room and several relaxation areas.
Visitors will be able to observe a wide variety of specimens of the island's typical vegetation, perfectly integrated into the landscape and offering a tranquil environment. Guests can relax in every corner of the property.
They can also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (16 x 15 m) with a relaxation area, dining area, office with fridge and bathroom with shower.
Staff & Services
The price includes daily maid service (general cleaning in the morning - 2 to 4 hours per day, depending on occupancy - in the evening, this includes opening beds and supplying water to rooms), garden maintenance, weekly change of bed linen, change of bath towels every other day and daily change of pool towels.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at extra cost, such as additional cleaning time, the services of a chef...
Note: General cleaning does not include the cleaning of kitchen utensils or appliances... that guests use during their stay. Staff do not fill:empty dishwashers, nor garnish/unclutter tables.
Situation
Villa Manéline is located inland, surrounded by mountains.
The house is close to some of Mallorca's most important historical monuments, and very close to a wide range of activities and leisure facilities (such as craft markets, bars, cafés and a wide choice of restaurants).
Visitors can discover the village center of Porreres (5 km), the Monasterio de Monti-sion (6 km), the Muso Es Baluard in Palma de Mallorca (39 km) and the Cuevas del Drach (34 km).
The villa is also 12 km from the sea (Es Trenc), 34 km from Son San Joan airport, 12 km from golf courses and 32 km from Palma's aquarium.
