Its 2 swimming pools, billiard room, outdoor areas and nightclub are the perfect spaces for guests to gather and share moments as incredible as they are unforgettable. What's more, just 5 minutes away by car, holidaymakers can enjoy the sea in complete privacy thanks to the beach house with direct access to the sea. This superb property of three villas is simply perfect for an incredible vacation in the sunny south of Spain, with family and friends.

Lhe interiors

Decorated with care and detail, this property immediately gives visitors the feeling of being at home. They'll find spacious living areas where they can share beautiful memories.
With its 3 houses, the property can comfortably accommodate over 50 guests. All rooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning.

Residencia House:
In addition to its charming rooms, this sumptuous residence features numerous spaces for relaxing and partying. For example, guests can enjoy a traditional bar, a nightclub, a splendid wooden billiard room and a vast terrace perfect for yoga, from which breathtaking views can be admired.
The house also features a living room with fireplace, a pergola with dining area, a separate TV lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and several guest toilets.
The second floor includes 1 suite with sea view and large terrace; 1 master bedroom with sea view and large terrace; 1 double bedroom; 1 double bedroom with single beds, balcony and sea view; and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds, balcony and sea view. There are also 2 rooms in the independent annex of the house (1 double room with sea view and terrace, and 1 room with 4 bunk beds and terrace with garden view), as well as a massage room with sea view and terrace (massage services not included in the price).
Note: The nightclub is soundproofed but not equipped with a sound and light system. Anything guests may need for their events can be installed on request (at extra cost).

Maison Ventolera :
This villa is totally independent, offering privacy and intimacy to its occupants. Exotic, welcoming and brimming with detail, it instinctively invites its visitors to feel at home.
The house includes a living room with dining area, guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The first floor comprises 1 double bedroom with sea view and terrace; 1 double bedroom with single beds, sea view and terrace; and 1 double bedroom with single beds. On the second floor, there are 1 double bedroom and 1 master bedroom with sea view and large terrace. In its independent annex, guests will find 1 double bedroom with sea view and a double bedroom with a twin-bedded child's room.

Los Muros House:
This magnificent Andalusian-style villa offers spectacular views and has been specially designed for rest and tranquility. Thirteen of the villa's fourteen bedrooms offer sea views.
The first floor comprises 3 double bedrooms with terrace; 2 double bedrooms; 1 double bedroom with single beds and terrace; and 1 double bedroom with single beds.
On the second floor, there is 1 double bedroom (with an adjoining room with two cots); 3 double bedrooms; 1 four-bed bedroom and balcony, 1 eight-bed bedroom and balcony; and 1 comfortable double bedroom (without sea view). 

The exteriors 

The property boasts beautiful, spacious exteriors.
Holidaymakers can enjoy the relaxing Mediterranean air through the lush, wooded garden, a true paradise for relaxation, with its fountain, waterfall, vast lawn and multitude of trees, flowers and local plants.
Guests can also enjoy a massage under the flowers, a game of pétanque or ping-pong, take advantage of the various terraces, as well as the two beautiful outdoor swimming pools.
The property also boasts a private beach house, just a 5-minute drive from the villas, with exclusive access to the beach. This magical place is sure to give you the feeling of being in an oasis of serenity. The beach house has three private terraces, a kitchen and a toilet. This little corner of paradise is perfect for enjoying a dip in the sea, or simply enjoying a siesta lulled by the gentle rhythm of the waves.

Note: There are no bedrooms in the beach house.

The property is perfect for a rejuvenating yoga retreat, unforgettable celebrations (weddings, christenings, bar mitzvahs...), corporate events or simply a superb vacation with family and friends.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at extra cost, such as housekeeping, breakfast service, laundry service, catering or chef services, transport/shuttle services, event reception, decoration service, organization of entertainment, massages, installation of a sound and light system in the nightclub...
