The living areas feature a large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a living room with TV, as well as onto the terrace.
The exteriors
You have at your disposal a thatched veranda/terrace with a large bar communicating with the kitchen, a laundry room with toilet, a barbecue, an unprotected rectangular 7m x 4m swimming pool and a fully fenced 1190m² garden.
Staff & Services
However, cook Raki, who lives next door and cooks at home, can do the shopping and deliver meals to the villa at a time to suit you.
Menus and payment are made directly with her.
Notes
The villa is equipped with a solar water heater and generator.
