Bedroom 4 - Guest room:
Ground floor, direct access to the garden, direct access to the terrace. The room features 2 single 90 cm beds that can be converted into a double bed. Shared bathroom off the bedroom, with 2 basins, bath with shower head. WC in bathroom.

Interiors

Villa Nasso offers 150 m² of living space for a family of 8. The villa includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a "lunch" area, opening onto a dining area with a table for 8, a living room with a TV area and a reading area with a wood-burning stove. The dining room and living room open onto two terraces.
A bathroom and laundry room are also available. 

The exteriors

The beautiful terrace overlooks the 450m² sunny garden, making it ideal for entertaining family and friends. The first ^20m2 terrace features an outdoor dining area with table for 8 and barbecue, and a lounge area. The second ^10m2 terrace has garden furniture, ideal for children or aperitifs.
You can also enjoy sunbathing on the deckchairs in the garden.
A car parking space is also available.

Situation

Villa Nasso is a 5-minute walk from the port and summer markets. Plage de la Grange can be reached in 6 minutes by bike, and restaurants and stores are just an 8-minute walk away.
