Interiors
Spread over 2 floors, the villa is decorated in a warm, chic style.
First floor
Here you'll find the spacious, comfortable living/dining room with TV, as well as the open, fully-equipped kitchen with countertop, laundry room and access to the terrace with sea views.
A bedroom is also located on this level.
Second floor
A second living room with TV is located on the second floor, giving access to a terrace with sea views.
The villa's other two bedrooms and their bathrooms are also on this level.

Pleasant and well-maintained, the villa's spacious exteriors feature a pretty fruit garden and magnificent flowers, as well as splendid panoramic sea views, a lounge/dining area and a private swimming pool (10m x 4.5m x 1.6m) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Compulsory insurance: €0.50 per person/day.
A 35 m2 staff apartment for up to two people is located right next to the villa.
