Indoors
The spacious living areas have a lot of natural light coming from outside. They give direct access to the terrace whre you can enjoy outdoor summer meals. There are 12 bedrooms but each of them offering intimicy. Wherever you are in the villa, you have a wonderful view over the sea.
Outdoors
The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi heated all year round, a private heated swimming pool (April to October) measuring 13 x 5 m with sun loungers (a safety curtain surrounds the pool), an orangery with table tennis table, a barbecue, an outdoor table and sofa, table football and a petanque court, a very common activity in the south of France.
Notes
A small independent house is located at the entrance of the estate and includes 2 bedrooms, but also a separate apartment inhabited by a couple of caretakers who every day will take care of the garden and pool and from the house (except Sundays), based on 8 hours a day. This will enable us to set up a continental breakfast table for guests every morning and deliver fresh bread and pastries.
It is allowed to organize events with prior approval by Villanovo. For any events, additional fees will be applied.
There is a safety curtain around the pool.
Rental
Villa Olympe is 45 minutes from Marseille airport and 2 hours from Nice-Côte d’Azur airport. For those wishing to come by train, the nearest stations are Aix station (45 minutes), Marseille St Charles station (35 minutes) and Cassis station (8 minutes). The village and charming port of Cassis are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
