This beautiful contemporary-inspired family villa is located in the Palmeraie of Marrakech, 20 minutes from the city center in a beautiful area covered with magnificent palm trees, just a few minutes from the Relais et Chateaux Ksar Char Bagh.
It offers six large bedrooms (the villa can also be rented exclusively with 4 bedrooms), spacious lounges, a beautiful outdoor infinity pool, a spa including massage room, hammam and heated indoor pool, a TV-cinema projection room with a regularly updated video library and satellite programs. It is nestled in a magnificent lawned garden planted with olive trees.

Interiors

The villa is fully air-conditioned.
It is decorated with great care. The property evokes contemporary design, the warm, chic spirit of fine family homes and Moroccan architectural traditions. Built from Marrakech earth, which gives it its color, the villa unfurls around a tree-lined patio and opens out onto the garden and pool, offering magnificent terraces and pergola.
On the first floor there's a large living room with fireplace and dining area opening onto the terrace and pool, a projection room with cinema screen, plenty of deep cushions, a covered terrace with sitting area and fireplace, a private spa with heated pool (6m x 3m), hammam (steam room) and massage table. The spa opens onto the patio.
In the basement is a fitness room with full Technogym cardio and muscle-building equipment.

The exteriors

Upstairs you'll find a large terrace for aperitifs, lunches or dinners, with an unobstructed view of the Palmeraie and the Atlas Mountains.
Outside, you have at your disposal a large 30-meter swimming pool with a shallow bathing area for children (the pool is not secured), a pergola next to the pool for al fresco dining, a large, well-kept garden filled with flowers and olive trees, and a 6-hole golf course with floodlit petanque court. Badminton is available on request.

Villa Spa & Golf Paloma offers you the opportunity to relieve yourself of the stress of organizing your stay on site: Formule 0.Stress, a fixed price of €50 (excluding drinks) per day per person, which includes: for 3 meals per day (development of menus for the stay, management of shopping and stocks, provisioning, preparation of meals, set-up, table service).
For your New Year's Eve dinners: +45€ / person.

Notes

Rental is understood to be in a family and convivial setting, i.e. limited to the occupants, i.e. 12 people maximum, and in compliance with Moroccan legislation, particularly concerning prostitution.
