The large living room offers a convivial space with comfortable sofas and a superb view of the garden. The adjacent dining room, with its large marble table, is ideal for sharing meals with family and friends. The professional kitchen is fully equipped for gourmets and budding chefs alike.
Common areas also include a gym for the more active, as well as a massage room for moments of absolute relaxation and well-being.

The exteriors

The real treasure of this property is its exterior. The enclosed, secure gardens are a veritable showcase of greenery, embellished with olive trees and Mediterranean plants.
The heated swimming pool (13x5m - Depth: 0.3 to 1.8m) is the heart of the outdoor living area, where you can lounge on deckchairs. The 45m² pool house, with its summer kitchen, barbecue and lounge area, is perfect for sunny afternoons or starlit evenings over a good meal.

The Sylvabelle beach, considered one of the prettiest beaches in La Croix-Valmer (for its wilderness, its typical vegetation and the beauty of its transparent water) is just 400 meters from the estate.
Gigaro Grande beach (La Croix-Valmer's family beach, awarded the "Blue Flag" label in 2020) is 1km5 from the estate. It is the largest sandy beach in La Croix Valmer.
Pampelonne beach, the best-known on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, is 7km from the estate.
