Indoors
The house has vast and comfortable interiors.
On the ground floor level, guests can enjoy an open plan fully fitted kitchen with a dining table, a fireplace, high beamed ceilings and large French windows that opens out to the French courtyard, the covered dining terrace and the pool area. Opposite from the kitchen is a bedroom/studio with kitchennette. On this floor, there is also the main living room/library which is part of what remains of the farm building with its two original fireplaces and low beamed ceiling. From here the room opens out into a corner living room also with another large fireplace.
On the upper levels visitors can appreciate two en-suite guest bedrooms, accessible by two staircases. There is also a spectacular and spacious en-suite master bedroom with covered balcony which offers a lovely southwest view to the sea, has a long walk-in closet with a laundry chute, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower room all under a cathedral beamed ceiling.
On the basement level, guests can enjoy a spacious air-conditioned modern cinema /conference room with a fitted bar, a wine cellar, a laundry room, a well equiped fitness room and a hammam.
The guest house is located away from the main house beside the pool area and features a kitchenette and a bathoom.
Outdoors
The property has a large covered terrace with full length dining table and comfortable outdoor sofas overlooking the garden and pool. Outside the living room, kitchen and main entrance is a charming French courtyard with a fountain surrounded by trees and vegetation.
Close to the kitchen and pool, guests can appreciate the presence of a barbeque corner with its own herb garden.
The 5200 m2 landscaped French garden has a large variety of trees, flowers and provencal plants. Since 2010, the property produce it‘s own olive oil.
There are also a hand crafted garden-size wooden chess set, a pool with automated cover and a superb tennis court.
The property has two separate gated entrances, one for deliveries and staff and a guest vehicule entrance with covered parking for four cars and extra space.
Staff & Services
Price includes complimentary toiletries, a welcome basket, fresh flower displays, a complimentary selection of soft drinks & water, a complimentary selection of champagne & local wines and household staff available 8 hours per day (6 days per week), for housekeeping and personal laundry, pool heating and garden maintenance. Other requirement(s) can be pre-arranged at the guests’ convenience.

Villa Pervenche is situated a short walking distance to the local beach, restaurants and most local amenities.
The property is just 500 meters away from the seaside and 900 meters to Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel, beach restaurant with valet service.
