Villa Plana

The town is located on an island, which five hundred years ago connected the inhabitants (primostiti) to the mainland to go to their fields and from which the town received its name. Surrounded by seven small islands, Primosten is a gift from nature that leaves no one indifferent. A beautiful natural setting brought to life by people who have worked hard to make Primosten one of the most attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Stone houses, churches and narrow streets are a perfect combination of past and present.

From a former fishing village, the town has become the tourist paradise of this part of the Adriatic.
The charm of this small town is hard to resist. An enclosed residential complex of nine beautiful houses is located in the immediate vicinity.

Interiors and exteriors

Each of the seven villas is separate and has a two-car garage, three or four bedrooms with bathrooms and a terrace, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a terrace.
There's also a swimming pool located partly within the facility itself and partly outside it.
Additional services next to the pool that guests can choose from include a sauna, fitness area or space for fun and socializing.
The villas have a usable space of around 370 square meters.
The two upper villas are designed so that one has three and the other four apartments.
The lower apartments of these villas are two-storey and have a floor area of around 100 square metres.
The apartment on the highest level of one of the villas is around 100 square meters, while the other villas have two apartments of around 55 square meters each.

The view from every part of the facility, but especially from the lounges and bedrooms, overlooks the beautiful bay with a peninsula to the right, a small island in the center, and an unobstructed sea view to the left that won't leave even the most skeptical people indifferent.
