Villa Praiano is a magnificent villa located in Praiano, in a building dating back to the 18th century, offering a paradise for a relaxing and luxurious vacation just 5 km from Positano. The house comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests and is spread over 4 floors. Among the villa's main assets are its indoor pool, outdoor pool, fully equipped professional kitchen, spacious and bright living rooms, and magnificent panoramic views from the roof.

Note: for families requiring a fifth bedroom, one of the two living rooms can be converted into a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Lhe interiors and exteriors

The villa's interiors are elegantly decorated with Amalfi Coast design elements, antique prints and period furniture. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining room combine modernity and professionalism. The spacious, light-filled living rooms on the first floor are tastefully furnished, combining modern design, vintage fabrics and vaulted ceilings adorned with delicate pastel frescoes.

On the second floor, you'll find three beautiful double bedrooms that can be accessed by a few steps. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third has its own bathroom with corridor.

The villa features an indoor pool with glass ceiling, as well as an elegant and refined outdoor pool that provides an oasis of relaxation and privacy, suspended between the sky and the sea. The villa also boasts a spacious, bright patio, ideal for breakfast, with quality rattan furniture and soft cushions, surrounded by magnificent plants.

 Staff & Services

The villa rental includes the following services:

•  Welcome buffet (sparkling white wine, soft drinks, finger food, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh pastries and fresh fruit).
• Daily buffet breakfast includes: bread, butter, jam, Nutella, hot croissants, selection of corn flakes, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, milk, cappuccino, tea, selection of corn flakes, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, milk, cappuccino, tea, American and espresso coffee, various fruit juices. 
• Fresh flowers on the dining table.
• Cleaning during the week 5 hours a day, 7 times a week.
• Complete cleaning at the end of your stay.
• Twice-weekly change of towels and bed linen.
• Basic products: olive oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee, water.
• Washing-up liquid and detergent

Situation

Villa Praiano is strategically located in Praiano, just 5 km from Positano. The nearest beach, Praia, is a 10-minute walk away, from where you can hire a water cab to reach other beaches. The villa is also close to numerous shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants (takeaways), discos and parking lots.
