Villa Rafina

Villa Rafina is located in the Houlakia area, overlooking a unique pebble beach and the islands of Delos and Syros, 7 minutes from Mykonos town and 5 minutes from Stefanos beach.

This secluded villa offers guests the feeling of privacy and relaxation while being well protected from the Myconians north winds, close to the center of the island where guests can sample the famous Mykonos nightlife. The villa's design ensures spectacular sea views from every room in the house, and its location is also ideal for jogging or hiking.

The 510 m2 Villa is built on a 4900 m2 plot, in a serene environment surrounded by fabulous, typically Cycladic stone.
Villa guests can enjoy the two swimming pools while admiring the breathtaking sunset views. The large outdoor areas are equipped with sun loungers, Jacuzzi, barbecue and dining area.

Divided into two levels, the upper level of the villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite, a spacious living room, an open kitchen and a dining room.
The lower level has 4 bedrooms and 1 guest house, all with en suite bathrooms. Three of them have stunning sea views.
You'll also find a gym, a massage / hammam area, and an additional room.
In addition, there's a fully equipped kitchen and an office area serving the lower ground level.

The villa sleeps up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans, as well as TV and Wi-Fi.

- First floor, pool level:
Large lounge area with TV, blue ray player, fireplace and stunning sea views. Dining room for 10-12 people, panoramic sea view. Fully equipped kitchen with food preparation unit and three stools.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, bathroom and access to jacuzzi and outdoor space.

Household staff and services

The services we include are daily cleaning, daily laundry services and a laundry service every three days.

Chef services, transfers, excursions to Delos, yacht-jet-helicopter bookings, wedding/birthday arrangements, babysitting, hairdressers, nail technicians, make-up artists and all our spa/wellness massages and any other activities our guests would like to carry out on the island are at extra cost. Of course, we can arrange anything guests may desire and there will be a concierge on hand 24/7.
