Villa Rainbow

Villa Rainbow is an ^800m2 luxury rental villa in Palma, 10 minutes by car from the city center and surrounded by Mediterranean cuisine restaurants and beautiful countryside overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana. Villa Rainbow has 12 double bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people (maximum 24).
There are two lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor and outdoor bar, a gym, a saltwater pool and a relaxation area. There's also a massage room and a bike storage and repair area.
The villa has all the facilities and amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

The rooms

ROOM WITH TERRACE AND 140CM DOUBLE BED
These 4 rooms are on the second floor and have a private, fully-equipped terrace. They have a 140cm double bed and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have a hairdryer, toiletries, satellite TV with hotel mode, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating.

BEDROOM WITH BATH AND 140CM DOUBLE BED
These 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. They have a 140cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a magnificent vintage-style bathtub next to the bed. All rooms have hairdryers, toiletries, satellite TV with hotel mode, wardrobes, safes, air conditioning and heating.

ROOM WITH CHAISE LONGUE AND 160CM DOUBLE BED
These 4 rooms are on the lower first floor and feature a 160cm double bed, sofa and bathroom with shower. All rooms have a hairdryer, toiletries, satellite TV with hotel mode, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating.

Note: the house can accommodate up to 24 people (at an additional cost).

Interiors

Kitchen and dining room: On the first floor there's a fully equipped kitchen to use when and how you like. There is also the large dining room where you can find a large wooden table and chairs for up to 14 people, overlooking the pool and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.
Lobby and lounge: On the lower first floor, we have a large lounge with a sitting area where you can disconnect, read, watch TV. You'll find alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar at your disposal. There's also a roof window overlooking the pool.
Massage room and gym: You can find a gym on the lower first floor where you can enjoy exercise surrounded by comfortable surroundings. The Arnold Classic Gym is a fully equipped wellness gym at your disposal.

The exteriors

The pool and outdoor area: enjoy the sunny Majorcan weather as you dive into the saltwater pool (5 x 7m, 1.64m deep). By the pool there are sun loungers, a Balinese bed and sofas, and you can enjoy a drink at the pool bar.
Outdoor lounge: the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the surrounding views, the calm of the area and the relaxed atmosphere while you enjoy a drink at the poolside bar. The perfect way to enjoy your island vacation. It's a place designed for you to disconnect and relax.

The villa has the ideal location to be in the middle of nature with fantastic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains with easy access to the beach and town center.
