Villa Rajah is a magnificent residence nestled in the heart of Morocco within the Domaine Royal Palm in Marrakech. This property can accommodate up to 8 guests with its 4 bedrooms. Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace.

Indoors 

The interiors of the villa showcase a refined design with elegant living spaces. The villa features several beautifully decorated lounges, a modern kitchen, and 4 charming bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Traditional materials such as zelliges and tadelakt add a local touch.

Outdoors 

Outside, the villa boasts a superb terrace offering stunning views of the Royal Palm & Country Club golf course. A private garden and a pool that can be heated (at an additional cost) invite you to relax in complete serenity.
The property also features 3 parking spaces.

Staff & Services

The villa has a housekeeper who may be assisted by another person, present from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm every day except Sunday. « Freedom » formula: You pay the cost of groceries (plus a €20 supplement for the trip). The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the purchased ingredients. The chef’s rate is €10/person for preparing the entire meal and serving it.

The serving staff can possibly stay for the evening and dinner for an extra charge (starting from €30/day per employee, to be paid directly to them).

Rental

The villa is located near the Domaine Royal Palm, the ideal place for golf enthusiasts. The house is only 15 minutes away from Marrakech.
