In a nutshell

Villa Rosaella was built in 2013 on Mallorca's southeast coast, right next to the sea in the magnificent bay of Cala Serena, on one of the island's most beautiful plots of land. This unique location, with sea views, is a veritable little corner of paradise, where luxury and privacy are the order of the day. This villa is the only property in the Mediterranean with a berth for yachts up to 25 meters. The house offers over 800^m2 of living space on three floors. With its six bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people.

Lhe interiors

A visual and emotional coherence has been created between the interior spaces and the panoramic views offered by the exterior. The very large glass wall of the living/dining room (3 x 25 meters), can be completely lowered at the touch of a button, creating a stunning transition to the outdoor space. In addition to the 3D cinema and indoor lounge with pool table, bar and imposing views over the sea bay, the property also boasts a gym with sauna.
The house has a total of six bedrooms. Each has been carefully designed with luxury and comfort in mind.
Guests can enjoy three double rooms (with sea view, balcony and bathroom), two double rooms (with shared bathroom) and a suite.

The exteriors 

The property offers guests various themed terraces and direct access to the sea with sun loungers.
Guests can also enjoy several amazing areas such as the roof terrace with a bar, relaxation area and 360° view of the bay and sea, the gardens, the children's area and the covered outdoor lounge with bar and barbecue.
There's also an infinity pool (over 25 meters long), a rock waterfall with relaxation area and a Jacuzzi.
Visitors can also enjoy underground parking spaces and a berth for yachts up to 25 meters.

Staff & Services

The price includes daily cleaning*, full cleaning at the end of the stay, as well as the usual charges for heating, electricity and water consumption (electricity: per person 4kW/day, water: per person 120 liters/day). The villa also offers guests optional services on request.

*: cleaning of rooms and bathrooms in the morning, basic cleaning of floors in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, lagoon pools and toilets (rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m.).
