Villa Spirito is a comfortable, modern home located in Letojanny, on Sicily's east coast. This fabulous property offers spacious accommodation and incredible sea views. It's the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation in Sicily, near Taormina. With its five bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
Elio, another superb villa close to Spirito, is also available to rent, with a capacity of 8 people. Booked together, they can accommodate up to 18 people.

Lhe interiors

The villa boasts spacious, comfortable interiors.
On the first floor, guests can enjoy a bright and spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofas. On this floor, there's also a double bedroom with private bathroom, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom.
A beautiful spiral staircase with striking windows leads visitors to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a master suite and a dressing room. The suite is a stunning, luminous double room whose bathroom boasts a large hydro-massage bathtub as well as a large shower. From the balcony, guests can enjoy magnificent sea views and glimpse Taormina in the distance.
A laundry room is located on the lower floor.

The exteriors 

The property's beautiful pool area offers an ideal place to relax, with sun loungers and a Bluetooth speaker.
The swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) is open from April 24 to October 23 and offers breathtaking panoramic views.
Guests can also enjoy a charming barbecue area and a terrace on the upper level, with a Jacuzzi and shaded dining area.
Wherever visitors find themselves in the garden, they can enjoy incredible views.
The property also offers private parking.

Staff & Services

The price includes a welcome pack, pool and jacuzzi maintenance, daily garden maintenance, mid-week cleaning, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist taxes. For stays of several weeks, a weekly change of bed linen is included.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra charge, such as additional housekeeping or additional linen replacement.

Villa Spirito enjoys an incredible position, overlooking the Ionian Sea. Its location is also perfect for exploring beautiful eastern Sicily, where travelers can enjoy nature, towns, villages and magnificent beaches.
