With breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the four-bedroom Villa Topazio rises among the gentle slopes of the sunny coast and is spread over two floors, each overlooking a vast private pool and the Sicilian south coast below, as well as the white sandy beaches of Verdura.
Interiors
Inside, the first floor comprises a spacious studio, living room, dining room and kitchen. In the center is a boutique, bamboo-populated atrium, which enhances the natural light streaming in through the sea-facing bay windows and adds another opportunity to soak up the surrounding landscape.
Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor, each benefiting from an en-suite bathroom, king-size beds and stunning coastal views. All rooms benefit from a private outdoor terrace, the perfect place to sip a morning espresso or an evening aperitif.
The fourth bedroom benefits from all the features of an elegant master bedroom and is detached from the rest of the villa to form a haven of peace with a separate entrance.
The villa sleeps 8. It is possible to add an extra bed.

Verdura is located on Sicily's southwest coast, an ideal position from which to explore the island. The seaside town of Sciacca, famous for its carnival, and the orange groves of Ribera, are just a short drive from the resort. The Valley of the Temples of Agrigento and the temple of Selinunte are both just 40 minutes away by car. The capital, Palermo, is just over an hour's drive away, and the Aeolian, Egadi and Pelagian islands are easily reached by helicopter.
