Villa Victoire

Villa Victoire is a spacious luxury house in the heart of the village of Ars en Ré including 250 sqm of living space, a beautiful 450 sqm garden with a private pool. The villa is available to rent for 10 guests maximum in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Bedrooms

Room 1 – Chambre parentale :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also fireplace, TV, dressing room.

Room 2 – Chambre d’amis :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. , with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3 – Chambre d’amis :
Room, Ground level, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom.

Room 4 – Chambre d’enfant :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. , with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 5 – Chambre d’amis :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom.  

Each double bed (queen size bed) can be separated into 2 twin beds.

Indoors

The villa consists of a main house and a pavilion.

In the main house, on the ground floor, a lovely bedroom with bathroom & WC. Upstairs, a lovely bedroom with shower room & toilet, a reading space, a great bedroom with king size bed and fireplace, bathroom (shower and bath) & WC.

In the pavilion, on the ground floor, the TV room opens onto the swimming pool and a kitchenette to enjoy an aperitif at the edge of the water. Upstairs, overlooking the swimming pool, a bedroom with bathroom & WC and a bedroom with shower & toilet.

You will like the beautiful volumes of the rooms, the views of the garden, the roofs, the light filled interiors. 
The villas has also a fireplace in the living room, a dining room, a large well equipped kitchen, video lounge and an office.

Outdoors

The 12 meters swimming pool* is perfect for a relaxing holiday.  The garden has a dining area, plancha, garage and private parking.
You will also enjoy good times around the large outdoor farm table and evenings on the pool deck.

* The swimming pool is heated from Easter to All Saints’ Day (mid-April to 01/11).

Staff & services

At the villa you will benefit from professional hotel services, breakfasts, daily cleaning, linen change, garden / pool maintenance, restaurant reservations, taxis, babysitting possibilities (not included in rates), catering service or chef at home, delivery of cooked dishes.

Rental

You will appreciate being in the heart of the village, in a small quiet street, not far from the church, the shops, the market, the port, you can go by bicycle to the beach and to the tennis court. The Golf of Trousse Chemise is nearby as well as the Thalasso Therapy Centre.
