Interiors

Carefully thought out by an interior designer, the house is luxurious and elegant and has been created with the finest materials, crystal chandeliers, beautiful fabrics and contemporary furniture. A home reflecting the family's modern attitudes, it features large, incredibly light and airy rooms that open onto vast terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for outdoor living.

The two master suites are located in the main entrance hall. Both have large glass windows offering magnificent sea and mountain views. Blackout curtains let in a few rays of sunlight, flooding the room with warm light. Opposite the bed is a TV screen connected to the central satellite. Both suites feature large private balconies with their own sitting areas, allowing occupants to enjoy breakfast or simply a moment of peace and quiet. The bathrooms are masterpieces, both discreet and opulent.

The living room and kitchen open onto an outdoor terrace. The bay windows create an outdoor living environment in seconds. You can enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors. A glass wine cellar, multimedia room and office are also available.

Two further bedrooms with French windows open onto the main terrace offering panoramic sea views. A stand-alone spa with sauna, hammam and gym are also located on this level of the villa.

The exteriors

The Villa has a mooring for visitors with boats, and larger boats can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbor. A boat and skipper can be hired daily, allowing guests to be transported to other islands and experience a range of water sports.
