This magnificent 250^m2 modern villa is set in the heart of a beautiful Mediterranean garden. It is ideally positioned facing the sea, which you can see from every room in the house.
This modern, uncluttered home is fully air-conditioned and offers pleasant living spaces. The large bay window in the living room gives you an incredible view of the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Ajaccio.
You'll also appreciate the 4 pretty suites, offering the promise of restful nights. 

The exteriors 

The property's outdoor spaces have been designed to provide a real change of scenery, for a relaxing and memorable stay.
You'll enjoy the lovely wooded garden, the terraces, the south-facing heated swimming pool (13 x 5m - depth: 1.5m), as well as the pool house with summer kitchen and dining area.
The beach is just a few minutes away (200 m).
The house also includes small gym and yoga equipment (TRX, Kettle, Mats, Swiss Ball, elastics, weights), as well as 3 inflatable paddles.

Staff & Services

The price includes maid service (3 times a week), towel change 2 times a week, Saturday linen change (for stays of more than a week), and beach towels. 

Situation

The villa is located on the famous Route des Sanguinaires, just 200 meters from the beach. So you're just a few minutes away from Corsican straw huts and private beaches with deckchairs and restaurants. Depending on your mood, you'll be able to find an activity to suit your desires (lounging, water sports, strolling along the customs path...).
