Villa Voda 1

Villa Voda 1 is part of a complex of 4 houses. Created with both modern and traditional architecture, with hand-carved stones placed in the retaining walls, the villa offers spectacular views of the sea and offshore islands. Access to the crystal-clear beach is via the complex's private staircase.

Room, 1st floor, sea view. The room features 1 king-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds. En-suite bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes: TV, private balcony.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, sea view. The room features 1 king-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds. En-suite bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes: TV, private balcony.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. The room features 1 king-size double bed that can be converted into twin beds. En-suite bathroom with shower. WC in bathroom. The room also includes: TV, private balcony.

Interiors

The house has two floors:

First floor
You'll find an open-plan space with a warm and comfortable sitting area with TV, the spacious dining area next to the fully-equipped kitchen. The first bedroom with sofa bed is on the first floor and can be used as a work or playroom. The bedroom gives access to the terrace.

Second floor
The upper floor is divided into 3 en suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony.

The exteriors

The terrace features an L-shaped heated swimming pool with sea views, with deckchairs around for relaxing in the sun.
You can enjoy alfresco dining at the poolside dining table.
