Located in the picturesque village of Saint-Nicolas, this charming chalet of 550 m² spread over three levels is the idyllic place for a mountain holiday. With an exceptional location just 150 metres from the Saint-Nicolas chairlift, in the heart of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, it offers ideal conditions for skiing in winter and unforgettable hikes in summer. The chalet sleeps up to sixteen people and combines elegance, comfort and modern amenities to ensure a memorable stay. You’ll particularly appreciate the breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif, the direct access to the slopes and the cocooning atmosphere.

The spacious living room, with its large fireplace, is the heart of the chalet. Here, large sofas invite you to relax after a day on the slopes, while the cinema room promises entertaining evenings with family and friends. The adjacent tastefully decorated dining room opens onto a wooden balcony with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc range, making every meal that much more special.
The enclosed, fully-equipped kitchen is an easy place to prepare delicious gourmet meals. This perfect setting is complemented by a relaxation area on the ground floor, including a Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and fitness room, for moments of total relaxation.
The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, providing comfort and tranquillity. The chalet has five double rooms, each with top-quality beds for a restful night’s sleep. For young people or groups of friends, a dormitory with two single beds and another with four single beds offer ample space and comfort. Each room guarantees a unique atmosphere for a rejuvenating stay.

Outdoors 

The exterior of the chalet is just as impressive as the interior. The wooden balcony, accessible from the lounge and dining room, offers incredible panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif, a true natural tableau that changes with the light of day.
