This elegant riad (or courtyard house) is located in the heart of Kaat Benahid, one of the most authentic districts in the Medina of Marrakech. The legendary Koutoubia and Jemaa el Fna Place are only a short ten minute walk away from the riad.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub.

Room 5
Room, Ground level, view of the mountains. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. This bedroom includes also living area, private terrace.

Room 6

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located next to the villa, in a little house.

Indoors

The riad was refurbished by architect Chirstophe Siméon, honouring traditional restoration techniques as well as the arabo-andalous architecture. B’hou, patio, menzeh, doukkana and terrace are many places for intimacy. 
Each suite presents genuine personality and charm, in the comfort of its amenities, the refinement of the house linen and the elegance of its decoration. The bathrooms, all in taddelakt, create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Outdoors

There is a pool with a counter-current swimming system and a fountain-basin that welcomes guests during the warmest hours of Marrakech. Their filtered and heated water allows you to enjoy them during every season.

Staff and service

The riad offers the service of a talented cook and a discreet and attentive maid. The riad allows the organization of festive evenings and to set a table for 12 to 16 guests.
The staff welcomes you in French, English or Arabic.
Our Villanovo concierge service or Bouchra, the housekeeper of the riad or Abderrahim, the butler of the riad, will communicate to you the places and sites to discover in Marrakech and the good shopping spots  in the souks or in Gueliz.

Note: The riad does not provide alcohol. If you wish to purchase alcohol, you must buy it yourself and keep the invoice in your name.
