Indoors

The main house boasts a warm living space with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a dining room for up to 12 guests and a bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning and heating for optimum comfort. A large glass façade opens completely to integrate the indoor and outdoor spaces, transforming the terrace into a natural extension of the living room. This design makes it possible to enjoy meals and moments of relaxation outdoors while remaining connected indoors.

All the buildings have free WiFi access, providing convenient connectivity at all times.

Outdoors

The exterior is a veritable oasis of relaxation. A saltwater swimming pool (10x5m; depth : 1-2m) is located on a vast 700m² natural stone terrace, at the northern end of which is a comfortable chill-out area, with relaxation areas and large sofas in the shade of walnut trees. The terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing and admiring the unique views over the valley. A pool bar with fridge and barbecue make it easy to organise unforgettable summer lunches and dinners. The estate also has an orchard providing seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as a hectare of olive trees producing extra virgin olive oil for guests. The extensive gardens, planted with native vegetation, flowers and fruit trees, are dotted with large terraces and relaxation areas for al fresco moments of relaxation.

Staff & Services

The stay includes mid-stay cleaning, pool and garden maintenance and full end-of-stay cleaning. Other services are also available on request and at an additional cost, such as a chef, airport transfer, chauffeur-driven car, etc.

Location

Finca Sandia is located just 18 minutes from the historic town of Ronda, a Mediterranean jewel. Ronda, with its Celtic, Tartessian, Phoenician, Greek, Carthaginian, Roman and Arab roots, is today a modern commercial and service centre, extraordinarily well connected to the rest of the world. The proximity of major Andalusian cities such as Seville, Jerez and Malaga, with their international airports, means that the property is easily accessible via an excellent road and rail network. However, a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.
