It is an ideal place to escape into nature, a call to laziness under the covered terrace… You will love the song of the cicadas by the swimming pool and barbecuing with friends al fresco in the summer kitchen opening onto the shaded garden, playing a game of table football on the mezzanine or even starting a lazy reading session in the cool living room during the hot summer hours.

The villa has been fitted out to make your life easy and comfortable. The equipment and materials have been carefully chosen to provide a warm and refined environment.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.

Indoors

The furniture and decoration combine recent pieces and antiques, objects brought back from travels and favorites from here or elsewhere.
The living rooms offer a bird’s eye view of the landscaped garden and the swimming pool. The living room opens via large bay windows onto a large covered terrace which hosts a large dining area and a comfortable summer lounge.

The large kitchen open to the dining room, with its welcoming bar counter, will allow you to prepare meals while enjoying your guests.
Upstairs, a TV lounge on the mezzanine, with a table football for the joy of young and old, offers another space for relaxation.
 
The entire ground floor is equipped with a cooling floor.
The upstairs bedrooms, as well as the mezzanine, are equipped with air conditioning units.
You will also find in the house a laundry room equipped with a 2nd fridge-freezer, as well as washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors

Comfortable sun loungers await you around the swimming pool or in the shade of the holm oaks.

The open summer kitchen is equipped with a plancha for delicious grilled meats, and a fridge to keep aperitifs cool.

An outdoor shower and a WC complete the package.
Swimming pool of 4 X 12m heated and secured by a rigid shutter. Access by wide steps forming a submerged bench.
